Prophetic roqya
The prophetic tradition links the recitation of the Quran with certain foods. Here are five of them, presented between tradition and current knowledge.
Prophetic roqya rests on two pillars: the recitation of the Quran and invocations, and the use of products mentioned in the Quran or the Sunnah (oils, honey, seeds, fruit). The Prophet ﷺ left recommendations for treating oneself and those around one.
Each article distinguishes traditional use from what research says. None of these products replaces medical treatment. Abdelaziz does not sell any of them.
