Organising your appointments and contacting you again (pre-contractual steps at your request). Sending you text or WhatsApp messages about your appointment (consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying “STOP” or on simple request).
Retention periods To approve
- Callback requests not followed by an appointment: 3 months.
- Appointments and contact details: 12 months after the last contact.
- Phone assistant call log: 3 months.
- Aggregated traffic statistics: 25 months at most.
Audience measurement
The website uses Matomo, configured according to the CNIL's recommendations so that no consent is required: no tracking cookies, truncated IP addresses, no cross-referencing with your appointments, aggregated data kept for 25 months at most, no sharing with third parties and hosting in the European Union. The pages you view are never linked to your identity. You can object at any time using your browser's “Do Not Track” setting.
Recipients
Abdelaziz only, and the Nyveon technical administrator within the limits of maintenance tasks, with permission. Technical providers (hosting, text messaging, telephony, audience measurement) act as processors.
If you write to Abdelaziz on WhatsApp, your exchanges go through WhatsApp and are subject to its own terms. The website records no messages and no voice recordings: it only opens the app.
The practitioner's contact book
So that he can contact you again, Abdelaziz may keep your name, number, country, preferred language and the date of your last exchange. No health information, confidences or voice messages are recorded. This data is deleted after 24 months without contact, or earlier on simple request.
