Request an appointment
Appointments are requested by WhatsApp voice message. Abdelaziz listens to each request personally and decides the next step with you.
Consultations take place from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, except on Fridays between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Please do not call after 7:00 PM.
You can leave a WhatsApp voice message; Abdelaziz will reply as soon as possible.
How does an appointment request work?
- 1Send a WhatsApp voice message to the main number.
- 2Abdelaziz listens to your message personally.
- 3He calls you back or replies on WhatsApp.
- 4If he offers you a consultation, he suggests a date or a time range.
- 5Once you agree, he records the appointment and sends you a personal confirmation on WhatsApp.
- 6For an on-site consultation, the exact address is only given to you after this confirmation.
No appointment is booked automatically: Abdelaziz alone decides whether to take on a request and confirms each appointment personally.
Before leaving your voice message, please introduce yourself briefly, tell us your city or country and explain clearly why you are getting in touch. This helps Abdelaziz understand what you need and decide whether he can offer you an appointment.
Abdelaziz prefers voice messages. Once WhatsApp is open, press and hold the microphone button to record your message, then release to send it.
The main number receives appointment requests and voice messages.
